3. Prepare reports as a result of work place site visits outlining non-compliance issues and appropriate remedial requirements

4. Conduct investigations into incidents to establish causative factors and initiate remedial actions

5. Conduct investigations into fatalities and supply report which can be used in prosecution proceedings by the regulator

6. Issue notices to vendors/organizations requesting rectification of non-compliance items including Improvement Notices and Prohibition Notices

7. Inspect Work Health and Safety Management Plans and associated documentation to evaluate compliance with the WHSNUL Act and Regulations

8. Provide advice and guidance to organizations/individuals in matters pertaining to WHS

9. Participate in consultative processes to ensure best outcome practices
