In my current role I work as a general duties Border Force officer at Gold Coast district office. My role includes processing international passengers at an air or seaport and clearing cargo at an air or sea port.

I work 12 hours days, 7 days per fortnight.

• Answered customer inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government department from a call centre
• Working in a structured and target driven environment as a part of a team.

• Trained new cashiers on procedures, kept work areas organised for maximum productivity, and notified management of security concerns
• Trained in all customer service, grocery, Golden Lottery, fresh produce, delicatessen, and bakery departments.
