My role as a manager of night fill was an essential role to the turnover of Woolworths the avenues, responsible for maintaining levels and availability of stock to customers. Part of my role was navigating complex social situations within the team, managing opportunity team members and resolving conflicts between team. As a duty manager, I was also solely responsible for the store much of the time, overseeing multiple departments and ensuring safe lock up of the store. An essential aspect of my role was the safe use and supervision to ensure safe use of heavy machinery by myself and others ensuring policies and legislation were adhered to while unloading trucks and receiving stock. Over the past 3 years I also spent 6 months performing higher duties as Grocery Manager. This gave me further experience in maintaining inventory health and managing a larger team.

My main role as a Security officer at Lone Wolf Security was to ensure the safety of all persons present within as establishment. This often meant I was responsible for the safety of patrons who were unduly intoxicated, enforcing the responsible service of alcohol. I often was required to administer first aid to patrons and staff for various injuries. Conflict resolution was a major role I performed, deescalating tumultuous situations and preventing physical altercations from occurring.

My role as a labourer and plant operator entailed many responsibilities and a flexible schedule. One of my roles was to safely implement traffic management plans while installing traffic counters and operating a falling weight deflectometer. I also supervised other labourers to ensure jobs were completed within allocated time frames. I was also responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment and vehicles.

In my role as a farm hand I had a large variety of tasks to perform, often unsupervised. Some of the main tasks I performed included construction and maintenance of fencing and operation of heavy machinery. I also performed the safe and responsible used of herbicide for control of invasive plants to ensure the sustainability of the property.
