My Back ground , I left school in 1989 and a started apprenticeship as a Fire protection engineer completed 3years ,and went into retail management 1993 .Working and completed management skills and training at Target Australia. Completing retail management with BIG W. started with PRACOM PIA on Telstra projects in1996.

completed training and Started contracting to projects on the Telstra network from1998 also doing work in the security industry installation and maintenance on security system ( CCTV / Alarms and Access control ) construction partner for Downer with my construction crew of 20 staff working on NBN construction, working with service stream on projects, working with BSA on projects and also on the mobile network with Nokia installing equipment, for Vodafone / TPG and OPTUS while managing my staff and also been hands on driving my own company. I am a Strategic and results-oriented business leader with experience in strategy, planning and operations. Skilled in developing and executing business plans to maximize profitability, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Proven people leader motivates and optimizes staff performance and productivity. Versatile Managing Director with proven abilities across all levels of organizational management. Talented in developing partnerships, overseeing personnel and developing tactical plans to meet strategic goals. Proven leader with significant background in Project management/ construction and maitenance /Telecommunications / Data and security , Training and developing staff skills.

I have Run my company since 1998 and now looking at winding down my business and utilising my skills to provide my services to work with a company that would consider me to be a resource that they could utilise to benefit there out fit.
