  • Kept up to date with emerging theories and practices through in-service training both internally and externally, seminars, reading new research publications, and in monitoring updates from Government agencies.

what i would like to achieve if selected for role

* Build on the programming framework making all room's individual programs more unified with a better flow from one age group to another.

* Extend on educator's needs for further training and skill building by tailoring more individually based in-service training. This I envisage being  not only undertaken off-site at various venues including but not limited to other high rating Early Childcare Centres and organizations but also here at the Centre utilizing some of our highly trained and skilled Colleagues.

* Re introduce bi-annually Educator-Parent meetings to setting individual children's goals for the year.
