• In the workshop gaining hands-on experience with the employees using tools and fixing car parts fixing machinery, trucks, and mining instruments
• Worked on Mining Equipment, Cement Trucks, Welding Work miners cars, Isuzu vans, Agricultural machinery and customer owned vehicles

• Two weeks of work experience in Year 10 and Year 11 with a Year 1 and Year 6 class
• Working one on one with students and getting to know them
• Helping plan activities, lessons and initiating them
• Attended a meeting for planning the new lessons in the curriculum

Cadet / Staff Member - Australian Air Force Cadets (2020 - Current)

• I was a cadet sergeant before aging out of the organisation and becoming a staff member
• In the 23/24 financial year I completed a pilot scholarship program offered to 30 cadets across NSW and the ACT that allowed me to learn and fly DG1001S gliders
• I have acquired my A and B certificate and I am now training to achieve my instructor rating to be able to teach the new generation of pilots how to fly gliders
• Over the last 3 years I have had the opportunity to attend and successfully complete promotional courses which result in a higher ranking and responsibility within the cadets
• I am now the training officer operations at my current squadron in Ballarat which includes the implementation of training programs and activities delivered to the cadets each week as well as activities conducted outside of the squadron such as bivouacs, RAAF Base visits and flying.

Australian Air Force Cadets Glider Flying Scholarship

• Accepted through interview and board processes to complete a year long scholarship to fly air force gliders.
• Accepted for the continuation flying program offered to 5 students in the scholarship to progress to instructor opportunities.

Girls Can Too - Female only trade program through school

The 'Girls Can Too' program provided the opportunity for 12 Year 10 girls to try non-traditional trade pathways.

Students attended the Mudgee TAFE Campus each Friday for 7 weeks in Term 3. The girls were introduced to a different trade each week. The areas studied included; civil construction, welding, electrical, construction, fitting and machining, and white card training. The students also undertook an industry tour.

Each week, students experienced a different trade and talked to industry mentors, teachers, and other experts about opportunities in these various trades. Achievements from the program:
