· New Trade Finance Platform & Operating Model (Risk and O&T)
o A multi-million project over three years span, a fundamental overhaul of our client value proposition, and entails delivery of New Processing System, Digital Client Front End, New Multi-Entity Trade Limits System & New Operating Model

· Conduct and Control/ Regulatory/ Financial Crime/Compliance
o As part of the current FCA regulation changes, Barclays is following a strict compliance with clear conduct and control agenda that shaped a new Program, incorporating several changes and remediation activities.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Refresh:
Revisiting all our Corporate and Business Banking clients to ensure all mandates, company’s officials’ signatory, country of operations profiling, customer Classification, …etc.
Full compliance with FCA, initiated an interim risk acceptance matrix while investigating and completing missing documentation, pursue with ‘Notice to Close’ if missing documents are not provided within agreed timeline.
o Cash Management Tool remediation:
Successfully managed all work streams, looking at the history of our online banking channels to ensure full compliance with new Fraud and Cyber Security regulatory changes to protect our customers, as well as reputation in accordance with AML framework.
· Salesforce Operations Transformation (Risk and O&T)
o Played a stellar role in the wider transformation project; decommission of a legacy CRM portal used to store Credit documentation and implement SALESFORCE as our new CRM tool.
o Instrumental in identifying suitable channel to provide a more streamed access to different bank's functions i.e. Credit, Lending Operations, Processing, Account Opening, KYC, Relationship Teams, and Trade Finance Bankers.
o Significantly recorded a saving of 1million pound per annum and approximately 450 man-hours
· FATCA (Regulatory/Compliance/Risk/Conduct and control)
o Designed to implement changes to enable this compliance to classify new and pre-existing clients based on their US tax status, following client classification, we designed an annually report details of relevant client who have US Indica
o Developed a new system with an inbuilt rules engine has been built to review any US indicia and will automatically determine US tax status and classification for most of our customers.
o Initiated a new process to comply with the new FATCA regulations, to contact clients where applicable and align the KYC model to work accordingly moving forward.
o Accomplished a remediation exercise for the whole bank record and shape a new FATCA training and platform for on-going business support.
· Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Enhancement:
(Conduct and Control/ Financial Crime/Compliance/Risk/Technology)
o Successfully led the major project of consolidation and enhancement of the bank’s AML process by integrating digital risk and fraud solution.
o Delivered a thorough change impact analysis to facilitate the integration, leveraging skilled stakeholders mapping to have a full buy-in and adherence to the fast-growing digital fraud risks with clear mitigation measures put in place.
o Extensive review of processes, policies, updated regulatory changes to align our automated risk alert model and tailor the digital solution matrix to reflect accordingly.
o Designed a full training suit tailored around the need of each impacted area with clear benefit realisation success factors.
o The success of our change delivery has enabled the bank to access to the latest fraud risk alerts and information. Additionally, automating data ingestion and analysis, to reduce the time spent by fraud detection team on alert review.
· Strategic Billing Programme:

Introducing a whole new system and re-engineered process to facilitate the changes to our billing structure for periodic sterling fees and commission charging. Incorporating a new MI revenue portal that is linked to multiple channels i.e. global pricing tool, product coding platform and commission and interest operations team.
o Shaping new billing sets to incorporate our global product offering and at the same time accommodate the group structure complexity within Corporate Banking.
o Successfully led the implementation of the project to be embedded within front line relationship teams across Corporate Banking.
o Facilitating SMEs workshop and stakeholders’ engagement weekly scrums
o Shape and signoff on training and communication approaches.
o Direct management of pilot and phased rollout actions including senior stakeholders’ briefings and update.
o Acted as a main escalation point throughout the implementation phase and for 2 billing cycles post a full delivery of the project.
