• Drive production efficiencies through effective use of dispatch systems;
• Liaising with production leaders to adhere to safety instructions (JSA’s);
• Support Dispatch Officer during emergency situations to execute OCE instructions;
• Attend and participate in production shift / daily performance review and planning meetings;
• Develop shift plans with production leaders including line-up, park-up, hot-seating and priorities and manage execution of plans with the Dispatch Officer;
• Accountability for the effective management of haul circuits by Dispatch Officer;
• Accountability to capture and manage accurate time utilisation and material movement data;
• Effectively manage and utilise production and safety technologies operated from dispatch;
• Effectively manage the reporting of defects to production and safety technology operated from dispatch;
• Perform required shift reporting functions;
• Effectively manage the capabilities of Relief Dispatch Officers to demonstrate the effective management of dispatch functions during leave periods.

• Execute shift plans provided by Dispatch Coordinator including management of equipment priorities, hot-seating, park-up and line-up functions;
• Demonstrate capture and management of accurate time utilisation and material data;
• Provide administrative support for production and safety technology systems operated from dispatch.

• Proficient at operating heavy equipment related to open cut mining to include CAT haul trucks, CAT and Komatsu water carts whilst adhering to heavy equipment safety and operation protocols.
• Work flexibly with other crew members, site policies, procedures and continuous improvement principles to assist in the development and improvement of a healthy, safe, environmentally friendly and productive environment.

• Proficient at operating heavy equipment related to open cut mining to include CAT haul trucks, CAT and Komatsu water carts whilst adhering to heavy equipment safety and operation protocols.
