- Answering 2-way calls from Operators and Dispatch with tyre issues
- Manage tyres and rims for the site: Including the annual tyre stock order
- Planning and forecasting; Tyre & Rim changes, Quarterly and Annual tyre usage, managing tyre stock. Including managing offsite repairs and schedule crack testing
- Open and close work orders in SAP, settling invoices from off site suppliers and services
- Entering data into TTC (Total Tyre Control – tyre management program)
- Constant monitoring of tyre pressures and temperatures with Itrack. Also, having input for managing hot tyres on circuits
