- A major project client was TAFE NSW. I designed and set up the ‘Going Global' program at TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute to expose vocational students to international study tours experience with partial funding from the Commonwealth Government. This project involved complex negotiations with diverse stakeholders - internal, external, and international. Small scale trials were conducted before using digitalisation to scale up the program. Government funding secured was between A$20,000 to A$30,000 per project for 10 participants through a competitive selection process. I grew the participant numbers from 0 to over 400 and cumulatively won about A$1M federal government (competitive) funding over 4 years. This project won the Australian Multicultural Marketing Award (AMMA) for the Education category in 2015.
