I've work in the meat industries for 4 years, in that time i have learned how to break lamb, pork, chicken, and little amount of beef. Learnt the ability to fill and maintain a clean display cabinet. I am determined to work hard and display a high level of hygiene. Not shy of manual labour, early mornings and late nights. Willing to learn new skills to improve my ability to work ether in or out side the meat industry.
