Key Skills & Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) or relevant background check.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for child development.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
