Work History

State Manager, Touch Football ACT

Touch Football Australia
10.2018 - Current

Touch Football Australia approached me during 2018 to take on the role of State Manager as the sport was on the decline within the ACT.

Within 12 months I had stopped the decline and increased participation numbers especially in the junior and female space.

My primary responsibility in this role is to lead the delivery of competitions and drive the expansion of Touch Football while ensuring operational management, administration and reporting requirements are met in the ACT.

During the COVID period I was approached to take on a new role of Alliance States Manager.

In this role I was the link to the Leadership team for the states and territories and provided leadership and support to the states and territories and drove growth in each location.
