I was then given a leadership role as team leader for a multimillion dollar job the company was awarded at Saraji coal mine. Here I headed a team of 20 people, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the earthworks. Scraper team, 8 moxies, 4 excavators, 2 graders and a dozer while also performing my duties as a grader operator.

I also obtained my s1, s2, s3 mining supervisor course and first aid while on this project.

Promoted to Junior supervisor for highway upgrade projects throughout remote Northern Territory.

Responsible for day-to-day running of the project, overseeing earthworks, drainage, concrete and quarry operations

Working with senior management to ensure deadlines were met safely and to an extremely high standard.
