Summary

As a Senior Resource Supervisor having gained many skills that align with the Works Programmer role. Project Managing multiple Overhead and Underground projects that have competing priorities. Applying a strong understanding of Essential Energy's Health and Safety Regulation's and Standard's, allowing these projects to be delivered to the highest level.

Often managing Unplanned Events and Planned Work, while ensuring stakeholders are being well informed.

I have strong written and verbal communication skills, work well under pressure, independently and within a team environment.

In my current role I strive to maintain Works Calendar to a high standard and have work Planned out at least 3 months in advance. This allows for Projects to be delivered on time and safely, whilst giving other stakeholders the visibility needed to forecast further Projects.
