I started working at Blacktown FC II McDonalds on the 3rd January 2023 where I was a crew member for 10 months where I developed skills in customer service, cafe, desert making, fry and back of house.
I then became qualified as a Shift manager in November 2023 and have developed my skills to become a Department Manager since then.
As a department manager I completed rosters and delivery orders for the store and interviewing potential employees, as well as managing the store on shift.
I Have learned to:
Handle escalated customer issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while upholding company values and standards.
Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
Improve overall team performance by effectively delegating tasks and providing clear instructions.
Promote a positive work environment through open communication and constructive feedback.
