Gwen Sitton

• I started working at Blacktown FC II McDonalds on the 3rd January 2023 where I was a crew member for 10 months where I developed skills in customer service, cafe, desert making, fry and back of house.
• I then became qualified as a Shift manager in November 2023 and have developed my skills to become a Department Manager since then.
• As a department manager I completed rosters and delivery orders for the store and interviewing potential employees, as well as managing the store on shift.

I Have learned to:

• Handle escalated customer issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while upholding company values and standards.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
• Improve overall team performance by effectively delegating tasks and providing clear instructions.
• Promote a positive work environment through open communication and constructive feedback.
