During my time at Robinsons Vending, my main role consisted of changing and monitoring layouts of vending machines through software called Sentry.

Components of this role were:

• Rotating stock that wasn't selling.
• Updating bin depths to match the demands of the machine.
• Keeping up to date with new products.
• Keeping up to date with products that were going out of date.

As this role was purely work from home, my communication between myself and my fellow employees had to be clear and consistent.

During my time at this workplace, I occupied the role of manager and franchisee trainer. I thoroughly enjoyed these roles; however, I had to leave due to the hours not being suitable for my two babies.

Some of the duties that I was responsible are as follows:

• daily check lists
• opening and closing shop
• banking
• groceries
• managing staff
• barista
• traveling and training franchisees

In 2022, my husband and I started a car detailing business. My roles and responsibly included:

• communicating with customers
• making sales
• creating and sending invoices
• keeping track of expenses
• keeping track of stock
• professionally detailing the interior and exterior of cars

During my time at Wheelhouse Coffee, I rotated between a few different roles. However, my main role was head barista. Outside of that, my other duties consisted of:

• greeting customers and taking orders
• keeping the shop tidy and in order
• opening and closing the shop
• waiting on tables
