My roles as a bottle shop attendant/stock leader were to provide constant customer service, maintain inventory and stock levels, keep a neat and tidy work area, and ensure that we were compliant with all liquor laws. This role's frequency required me to work unsupervised and under pressure most of the time on my own. On occasion, I would also have to deal with crowd control and sometimes would have to be able to remove people if necessary.

• This position required me to serve customers using the POS system to charge their food and drinks out.
• This position also required me to have frequent conversations with both new and regular customers.

• This position required me to assist the canteen manager and take over control while he or she was not there.
• This role also required me to manage the operation of the canteen to a high standard, including food preparation, stock management, sales of food, and maintenance of equipment.

• As a kitchen hand, I performed tasks such as washing dishes and utensils, cleaning and restocking stock and storage, and assisting the chefs with prep and cooking.

• This job required me to provide exceptional customer service, to maintain a clean, healthy work environment, and to provide fresh and delicious food.
• This role also required me to work in a team to deliver the best quality food in a fast and timely manner.
