I am thrilled to be a part of the Graduate Nurse Program as an upcoming graduate of the University of New England student who is committed and dedicated. My dream job would be at a health facility in NSW, where I could use my clinical expertise to provide excellent, patient-centered care. Throughout my clinical rotations at various NSW health facilities, I have developed a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. This has enabled me to deliver high-quality care and achieve better patient outcomes. My customer service experience has sharpened my communication skills, allowing me to connect respectfully and inclusively with culturally diverse patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams. I believe in holistic healthcare and provide thorough and personalized treatment to each patient.
