I have been working in the hospitality industry for 7 years and the beauty industry for 2 years, juggled multiple jobs at a time whilst studying at school and Tafe, and can sufficiently say that I have experienced it all when it comes to customer service and have been trained into becoming a compassionate and reliable worker that has the skills and passion to work hard, face new and challenging tasks and am eager to apply my enthusiasm, adaptability and fresh perspective to anything that comes my way.
My responsibilities and roles working at Carindale Hotel include delegating tasks between staff, opening and closing the venue, handling alcohol safely and responsibly, customer service, deal with any issues regarding customers and complaints, running the social media for the venue, and many many other responsibilities.
