- Provide efficient and effective administrative support services for the management of delivery processes to support learning operations and the smooth running of activities
- Support teaching teams in maintaining the accuracy of educational data within corporate systems, including academic and finance systems.
- Collaborate with Head Teacher and planning coordinators to ensure day-to-day operational activities meet overall Skills Team plans, expectations, and deadlines
- Address areas of priority related to processes under the guidance of the delivery Implementation Team Leader, such as remediation of e-reporting errors
- Respond to and resolve inquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, timely and effective customer support, and problem-resolution
- Liaise with skills teams to provide and request information to support the execution of tasks
- Provide support to other areas of the Delivery Implementation Team as required
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure service delivery and customer support meet customer expectations
- Reflect TAFE NSW’s values in the way to work and abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment
- Place customers at the center of all decision-making
- Work with the line Manager to develop meaningful performance development and review plans.
