Summary

Past Nursing student bringing my experience, compassion and empathy into my Psychology degree. I have extensive experience working in disability and trauma informed care, helping clients with social, emotional and physical development to allow them to increase independence and deal with daily living challenges. I have successfully reduced problem behaviours and implemented de-escalation and intervention plans to increase functional replacement behaviour. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong skills in conflict resolution, mediation, de-escalation and problem solving.
