Management and supervision of all projects, Hands on owner operator as a qualified formworker, concreter and steel fixer. Communicating with Structural Engineers, Council all other tradesmen on site. All required company administrative duties including company emails, Quotations, Invoicing. Organisation and required liasing regarding Booking in necessary sub contractors for works to be complete including earthworks, plumbers, concrete pumps etc. Estimation and ordering of materials required eg. Concrete, Steel, Labour quantities and more. Ensuring Health and safety is adhered to and company standards are maintained.

Underground Projects. Managing, Controlling and Installing of water , ventilations and services throughout underground gold mine. Underground construction Including concrete pads for underground fuel bays, workshops etc. Surface construction, Operating of heavy equipment Including front end loaders, HR license required trucks, Stock piling of surface batch plant materials, Dust , Sand, Aggregates for underground Shotcrete supply and operations.

Construction Foreman/ Site Manager for Concreting company for many years involving management and supervising all staff of the company and being the leading hand onsite. All necessary site and admin tasks that was carried on through to my own business operation. Organising, communication, health and safety, sending detailed emails on behalf of the business, materials estimation and ordering, over all supervision of projects. Hands on leading hand formworker, steelfixer, concrete place and finisher onsite where necessary.
