Relocating back to the Sunshine Coast, I re-commenced selling residential real estate. Generating listings from prospecting activities as well as relationships built over the several years. Daily activties include telephone prospecting, appraisals, nurturing leads as well as negotiating sales.
After six months travelling I made the move to Newcastle, New South Wales where I worked alongside one of New South Wales highest performing agents. Selling over 300 properties a year and carrying over 70 listings at any time, a strong focus of this role was client nurture and communication.
I created my own boutique agency, as the director of Coastal Property Co. I continued selling residental real estate throughout the region. During this time I was fortunate enough to market 4 Cooma Terrace, Caloundra, a brand new development which at the time sold for a record price.

Moved to the Sunshine Coast and started in a new area with no contacts. Focused predominantly on apartments throughout the Caloundra region and built relationships to quickly become one of the areas most consistent agents.
Continued working as a stand alone agent throughout the inner city region of Brisbane. Prospecting and obtaining listings. The market during this time was flooded with apartment stock so carried high volume of listings and serviced clients to achieve a sales result.
Stand alone sales agent selling predominantly residential apartments throughout the Fortitude Valley area. Working as an agent I sourced listings through daily prospecting, networking. Actively marketed myself throughout the area and grew to have strong marketshare within the area.
