Motivated customer service professional with over five yeas experience in fast food (customer service) and retail combined currently working at JB HI-FI. I’ve built strong skills in helping a wide range of customers, solving problems quickly, and keeping things running steady in fast paced environments. Alongside my work, I’ve completed a Diploma of Health (Psychology) and am now studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Southern Cross University.
