I started in this industry by completing a Certificate III in Hospitality at TAFE Queensland, where I gained practical skills in numerous fields of hospitality.
With nearly two years at Sofitel Brisbane Central as a conference food and beverage attendant, I have developed my skills even further in hospitality and customer service. My role involves setting up events and providing a luxury standard of food and beverage service at said events through collaboration with other team members ensuring service runs smoothly.
