Summary
After 25 years as an Secondary English teacher, I have recently decided to change careers and put my creative talents and professional skill set to a new industry. The position of Front of House Officer at the Potato Shed appeals to me because it combines many of my areas of interest such as drama and the arts with the more practical elements of my background as a teacher such as: working with people within schools and the wider community, organising events and being responsible for the wellbeing and safety of others. I am still a registered teacher with the VIT which allows me to work with children and I possess a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
