Experience

For the past 38 years I have worked within the Health Industry as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife, Nurse Leader and Nurse/Midwifery Facilitator/ Educator. I have held roles in Project Management and Leadership.

Within the roles I have worked in, I have participated in organisational activities to enhance and promote clinical competence by incorporating principles of adult learning, contemporary nursing/midwifery education and research into practice. Through design, delivery and evaluation of evidence based educational strategies, I determined, promoted and developed the education pathways of clinicians within a Multidisciplinary environment to support improved patient care and best practice processes.

Throughout the diverse roles I've held in the Health Industry, I have worked collaboratively and respectfully with service providers, medical networks and partners, ensuring to develop and maintain rapport and improve services for the hospital and department.

I possess advanced training, coaching mentorship and leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to design and implement cost effective training programs and support services.
