• LOOP Energy Management (LOOP EM) assists Boards and Executives to create Strategies related to Climate Change (Global Warming) and Business risks.
• LOOP EM offer very practical services too, delivering large cost reductions in existing energy spends; reviewing Tenders and finding cost savings with regard to energy; and Design and Construct services.
• LOOP EM have been engaged by Government, Government Agencies, Large Private Corporations, however LOOP EM really enjoy working with Medium and Small Australian Businesses in particular.
• Spearheaded successful business development initiatives aligned with company's strategy and core competencies.
• Led change and transformation across business areas to deliver benefits and align company resources.
• Assessed performance management structures and implemented enhancements to improve frameworks and strengthen results.
• Spearheaded innovative approaches to resource allocation and strategic planning.

Jeremy is one of the Founding Board Members of this innovative Start Up.

The vision for Katanning Energy is for the Katanning community to have increased energy security and supply, in a low cost and low risk transition to 21st Century clean energy solution.

To increase the local skilled labour to provide local energy supply services to assist the transition and ongoing management that provides confidence for localized businesses, industry and ongoing economic growth.

Katanning Energy’s vision is for the Katanning community to be a significant creator and beneficiary of Australia’s renewable and sustainable energy system with the community owning, operating, and benefiting from renewable and sustainable energy, in a financially sustainable way.

• Cities for Climate Protection - Worlds Largest Climate Change Program for Local Government with 660 Members inc New York, London, Melbourne and almost all Australian LG's
• Managed staff and responsible for 220 Australian Local Government's (Councils and Shire's) in development of their Strategy, Management, Action and Budget Commitments, Implementation and Measurement/Verification of Energy efficiency initiatives across Council Owned and Managed/Leased facilities.

• Cities for Climate Protection - Worlds Largest Climate Change Program for Local Government with 660 Members inc New York, London, Melbourne and almost all Australian LG's
• In this time I was able to convene the first Public Lighting Group in accordance with the appropriate Regulatory triggers that had been written into the privatisation process to pressure the begrudging incumbents to the first LED trials in traffic lights and streetlights.
• This Public Lighting Group became central to the highly successful CCP Plus Initiative helping Australia’s leading Local Governments address costs and GHG emissions in the early days.
• Another initiative was bringing together the VFF, Vic Dairy, State and Local and Energy Companies to analyse both the methane and soil carbon, but energy associated with capturing heat from milk to power the 90% of energy a dairy uses on its steam for cleaning!
• Another more lasting initiative was the Small to Medium Enterprise space. Led me to Scott Bocskay with the outcome of getting PPA’s for SMEs from 100 pages to 4! The EPC lawyers were quite unhappy.
• Later Scott and I would collaborate and whilst data mining 3,500 SME audits we’d collected, we confirmed the importance of this sector to Australia’s energy renaissance!
