*Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in accordance with food safety standards.

*Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to support efficient kitchen operations.

*Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas.

As Set up assitent

*Set up tables, chairs, serving stations, and buffet arrangements according to event layouts.

*Load, transport, and unload catering equipment and food items to event locations.

• Support event staff during service with replenishing food, clearing tables, and attending to guests if required.
• Communicate effectively with the catering team and follow safety protocols during set-up and pack-down.
