I have always strived to work to a high standard and always was willing to learn more be it coming from further study or learning a different practical technique to become more efficient as a chef i have been able to gain skills such as multi tasking, dealing with high pressure situations, conflict resolution, communicate between different sections of the kitchen to deliver a product in a timely and consistent manner.
