I like to take initiative when completing activities to create a highly functional workspace for my team and the residents.

Customer Service:

A significant part of my role is working directly with the residents and assisting with personal cares, overseeing the preparation and cooking of all meals, upholding excellent hygiene standards, and promoting activities for the residents to engage in. From my work experience as a Barista and Food Service Attendant, I have gained excellent experience with difficult customers and have the skills to diffuse high intensity situations quickly, working with the customer to find a viable solution and avoiding any further complications. Working with children during my Practical Experience and holiday work, in childcare centers, has given me the confidence to engage with children and family's in a kind and welcoming manner. This allows me to connect with customers of all ages and provide a warm, friendly experience.

Team Work:

I have had many opportunities to work as part of a team at previous jobs as well as at University and Girl’s Brigade. While following the instruction of my team members or management staff is a great strength of mine, I am also able to demonstrate initiative and work independently when needed.
