Joshua Brasington

I have currently been working at Coles since May 2023.

I started off my coles career as a night fill team member.

I have experience in multiple departments such as:

• Dairy/Meat
• Grocery Fill
• Fresh Produce
• Online Shopping

I currently work as an Online Shift Supervisor during the afternoon hours.

My role as a crew coach was to train and assist other crew members to complete tasks as smooth as possible.

My role also included ensuring other crew members are undertaking the mandatory safety procedures to ensure no injury's occur and making sure everyone followers the correct food handling procedures.
