From commencement to completion of any particular project, my role would see me undertake the following

Sound IT knowledge around Procore, 1Breadcrumb,Fieldwire, iTWOcx, Microsft Projects and ExcelOrganisation of site hoarding and protection of the public Identify and plan site preliminaries Control of OH&S hazards and risks
Carry out all site specific inductions Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Safe Work Method Statements
Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by designers, and carry out that building work in accordance with the documentation Develop, monitor, and coordinate project progress schedules for the building work
Develop procedures and manage and monitor health and safety requirements for the construction site and surrounds
Organise and ensure traffic management is carried out as per relevant traffic management plans
Determine and ordering of required plant & equipment hire for the site Coordinate all site related deliveries throughout the project

• Ensure that appropriate PPE is worn at all times by employees, subcontractors and visitors Ensure company policies are understood and followed As a site manager/foreman, my role would see me managing all site related works, working in conjunction with plans, specifications and AS/NZ standards including but not limited to the following Demolition or part demolition of existing structures on the site Arrange for all site related building inspections throughout the build Manage structural steel set outs, erection and installation Manage construction of framing, including timber framing, internal and external wall framing, floor framing, balcony and roof framing along with all bracing elements Supervise the installation of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services Manage the installation of thermal and acoustic installations Manage all internal fit off works, including stopping and paint finishes and carry out defect walks for each specific trade
