The qualities and attributes I have I am a kind, friendly, very supportive when I see anyone who needs help with any form of task no question ask I will help them straight away. When I work in a team I always let my fellow group members to have a say on ever group decision that we make, so I can ensure that everyone has a part of the decision being made.

When I communicate to people I will ensure that the information i give out is Clear. Covers all the key point that needs to be cover, easy to follow as I want to make sure they understand the task on hand., When working with a group of people or in the team i make sure they are on track withthe task that has been given out and make sure the task gets done in high results., When I task have been given to me and I have another task gets I am able to balance the work load out by getting the most important of the task done then I do the least important task down., I am able to plan and organzine all task that have been given to be me then i make my on notes if the task have been given so i am able to follow the task step by step then use it when I am leading a group of people who needs to get the task down
