I am an enthusiastic 20-year-old male seeking a full-time job to expand my knowledge in the workplace. I'm a friendly and upbeat individual who is a very empathetic and caring person who possesses outstanding dexterity coupled with first-rate multitasking and customer service abilities. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. Hardworking employee with customer service, multitasking, and time management abilities. My first job was at Dominos, which I worked at for 4 years, which introduced me to proper food handling skills and techniques, how to keep a safe and clean working environment, and how to work as a team. Currently, I am employed at Connors Clothing, which has taught me many skills in customer service, including problem solving with customers, teamwork, and good communication with my co-workers. I am a qualified individual support worker, and I have just completed my Certificate III in providing individual support, which included 120 hours of work placement, which I have completed at the MercyCare Residential Aged Care facility in Joondalup. While doing my work placement, I assisted the clients with ADLS, assisted them with their daily needs, and enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know them. I motivated clients to do different activities and exercises. I also cleaned rooms and made beds to ensure they had a nice, clean environment. While being a courteous and respectful individual recognized for consistently receiving excellent feedback from clients. I would like to progress and learn new skills in a sector of the workforce.
