- Full time teaching a class of students stages 4 & 5. Support unit class categorisation: ED (Emotional difficulties/disturbances) and BD (Behavioural Difficulties) unit class.
Experience in support unit teaching practices, such as;
- Creation and implementation of 'Individual Education Plans (IEP’s), Individual Behaviour Support Plans (IBSPs) and individual risk assessments and wellbeing plans.
- Teaching and providing learning support for a range of subjects.
-offered differentiated programs and support for a range of extra intellectual, emotional and behavioural needs
- Supervision on support unit excursions.
- Implementation of extracurricular wellbeing activities.
- Involvement and organisation of student integration meetings with colleagues, parents and carers alongside external agencies.

Co-ordinated the SRC and Rainbow Club 2021-2022
- Encouraged student lead charitable fundraising events including our ‘Big Day For Cancer’ in term 2 2022, where students and staff raised over $7000 via the ‘Biggest Morning Tea and The Greatest Shave’.
- School based fundraisers including; pancake day, swimming carnival BBQ, bake sale, Valentines Day, costume mufti day.
- Nominated students and aided in the successful application for Rural Youth ambassador program.
- Established and co-ordinated the Rainbow club for LGBTIQA+ students with collaborative collegial leadership 2021-2022
- Applied and attained Eurobodalla Shire Council grant money for pride month to paint a large set of rainbow stairs for inclusivity at the school.
- Worked closely with Aboriginal Support Offices to run school based art projects and initiatives such as; NAIDOC mural 2021, Harmony week and NAIDOC mosaic serpent 2022.
- Worked collaboratively with year advisors to design and present a sexual harassment education presentation for year 9 students 2021.
- Collaboratively designed and presented an inclusivity and awareness training on LGBTIQA+ matters and policy to an all staff PD day term 3 2022.
- Worked collaboratively with Eurobodalla council staff for student leadership opportunities through ‘Youth Council’
Worked collaboratively with the Eurobodalla shire council for grants related to ‘student belonging projects’.
