During this time I lead the Martinus business in Western Australia, overseeing full P&L's. This role included oversite of tendering projects, through to the delivery of construction and maintenance projects. I was leading a team of 90 people during this time

In this role I was managing all of the Perth operations for Speno Rail Maintenance, which included contracts with Rio Tinto, BHP, Roy Hill, Arc Infrastructure and the Public Transport Authority. This role included both delivery of projects, while also managing key relationships with clients

• Coordinated preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and facilities.
• Streamlined work order processes, enhancing efficiency in response to maintenance requests.
• Led cross-functional teams to address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Developed training programs for staff on safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.
