  • Google Workspace for Classroom Management: Supporting the school’s Google Workspace for education environment, including user account creation and troubleshooting. Also, assisting in maintaining Google Classroom, Google Drive and other Google applications to ensure seamless access for students and staff.
  • Device Management and Enrollment: Implementing device setup procedures, including software installations, security configurations, and application updates to ensure devices are ready for use in the classroom. Coordinating the issuing, tracking, and maintenance of school-issued devices to students and staff, ensuring the devices are in working condition and up to date. Managing the lifecycle of devices, including repairs, replacements, and inventory control.
  • Troubleshooting and User Support: Providing first and second-level technical support to staff and students for a range of devices, software, and applications. Diagnosing and resolving issues with school devices, including operating system problems and software issues. Addressing issues relating to Google Workspace apps, Learning Management System, device functionality, and network access through in-person support or via the school’s ticketing system.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Supporting the setup and maintenance of the school’s Learning Management System (e.g., Classroom, Seqta etc). Troubleshoot access issues, syncing, and other LMS-relating problems to ensure a smooth experience for staff and students.
  • Ticketing System Management: Managing the school's IT ticketing system (i.e. Jira Help desk), ensuring all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Prioritizing tickets based on severity and impact, ensuring urgent issues were addressed promptly and routine issues were handled efficiently.
  • Printer Management: Troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to printer connectivity, paper jams, ink/toner issues, and user access to networked printers.
