
I have a strong background as a Senior property manager with over twenty years' experience in the real estate industry.
In my current role I have been in a “floating” role managing various staff position during leave of absence, illness and employment changes, having to be easily adaptable, problem solve and maintain stakeholder relationships across a diverse and face paced environment.
I have worked on various portfolios, managing between 190 - 250 properties at any one time having to liaise with numerous stakeholders and provide high customer satisfaction.
I have a proven track record of developing new business and motivating other team members to consistently exceed targets, along with my strong experience in assisting team members to find resolutions when dealing with difficult issues.
My understanding of the complex needs and expectations of a diverse range of clients means that I deliver quality results and services aligned with business objectives and targets.

- Ability to navigate VCAT processes and conflict resolution between parties (landlord /tenant), external dealings and resolution with larger external bodies such as owners' corporations and having sound knowledge of the policies within those entities including the Owners Corporation Act 2006.
