• Infection Control - Perform the 5 moments of hand hygiene and use PPE correctly
• Assist with ADL's - Showers, bed baths, oral care, toileting, feeding and fluid/ food intake
• Manual Handling: Safely move and position patients using aids as well as help patients with ambulating
• Communication: Build rapport and communicate respectfully with patients
• Cultural Safety: Respect cultural differences and patient preferences
• Documentation: Record progress notes, fluid charts, and bowel charts
• Handover Skills: Learn and practice the ISBAR handover technique
