• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Building relationships, rapport and understanding with mine site supervisor.
• Prioritising and managing operations on daily plan to deliver outcomes and meet KPI’s.
• Responding efficiently to mine site emergency situations.
• Ensuring the workspace is free from hazards, and risks.
• Managing own time, meeting deadlines, and using discretion and judgement required within complex environments.
• Coordinating and managing of machines, equipment, and staff.
• In charge of efficiently managing a large fleet of haul trucks and dig units to deliver full productivity.
• Following and understanding internal and external policies, procedures and guidelines while ensuring up to date knowledge level of business requirements is maintained.
• Performing daily quality and safety checks to equipment.
• Consulting with staff, prioritising and managing challenging workloads to deliver outcomes.
• Scheduling and coordinating work to employees and team.
• Attending regular toolbox and safety meetings.
• Complying with all health, safety, cultural and environmental regulations.
• Ensuring the safe running of pit operations.
• Responsible for safely and efficiently operating Komatsu front runner system.

Water Cart Operator:

• Proficient operator with extensive experience in maneuvering and maintaining water carts for construction and mining operations.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing risks on-site.
• Effective communicator and team player, adept at coordinating with supervisors and ground personnel to meet project objectives.
  

Haul Truck Operator:

• Skilled haul truck operator with a proven track record of safely transporting materials in construction and mining environments.
• Technical expertise in operating and maintaining haul trucks, coupled with a keen eye for identifying and resolving mechanical issues.
• Dedicated to efficiency and productivity, employing problem-solving skills to adapt to changing work conditions and meet deadlines effectively.
  

• Mine site cleaning : offices, cribs & ablutions.
• Housekeeping : beds, bathrooms , floors, maintaining rooms & laundries.
• Kitchen : restocking crib food Wiping surfaces , pot wash , dishes.

• Managing and coordinating hotel reservations for clients.
• Completing data entry, records management, and general administration duties including emailing, scanning, filing, and faxing.
• Answering and screening incoming phone calls and transferring to the relevant team member.
• Liaising with travel agents across New Zealand and Australia.
• Managing and allocating group tourism bookings.
