While working as a pharmacy shop assistant i maintained a clean, organized inventory and curated displays of rotating stock, Receiving, handling and looking after the quality of stock while also assisting customer needs and providing them with excellent customer service while upholding brand standards. Being apart of a small business gave me the opportunities to do more then just customer service that being operating the POS system transactions included credit, cash, exchanges, returns and refund to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow.
