• Trilogy Cycles established itself as a premium cycle store in Noosa, Queensland, providing high end bicycle sales, servicing and accessories;

• Broad based small business knowledge gained on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland that I believe will be valuable to SME's in the same region

Protech was a SME national labour hire company when I commenced in June 2011. The Corporate Services team consisted of five staff members. In the period to 2014, I had been instrumental in growing, mentoring and coaching the team up to a current staff compliment of 17, of which I had eight as direct reports.

• I developed a more comprehensive monthly processes structure and reporting timetable.
• I managed monthly reporting packs, inclusive of dashboards;
• As CFO and senior member of management, I sat on the Executive Leadership Team, working on the vision and strategy for the business;

My two main clients were BMW Automotive, and Siemens Telecommunications
