My first gaming job that I got accepted in, has taught me the most about experiences and how it loosened me up once I got used to it. During my time here, I was able to speak more freely as the job required me to talk to more customers and be more confident with the way I carried myself around. I made a lot of friends and connections through this job. I really enjoyed this job as it was very flexible and I was able to work a lot of night shifts mostly (day shifts sometimes). Before I would close till 4-6am every week depending on the day. My work ethic is still strong as ever as i would do 30 plus hours every week and picking up shifts. Despite it being an half hour drive, I would always get there on time and it helped me be more confident on time management. I also have experiences with alcohol and a good understanding about the gaming machines.

My first job was very scary for me considering I was very young at the time but being able to make my own income and be independent was very appealing to me. I was accepted cause it was my uncle's restaurant and my role as a waiter was to take orders and serve food while taking care of the customers. This was the start of my hospitality journey and I wouldn’t have it any way. My employment at Barluck was just short of 4 years.
