• In-depth skin consultations manually or with the Observe to provide the client with a suitable treatment planned tailored for their skin.
• Providing clinical skin treatments on clients such as Microdermabrasion, Chemical peels,Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Micro-channeling, LED light therapy and Vitamin therapy (iontophoresis & Sonophoresis)
• Providing Candela laser treatments including laser hair removal, pigment removal, laser facials and capillary/vein removal.
• Reception duties including retailing and rebooking clients on MindBody system, email enquiries, confirmation calls and attending to the clinic phone for any client enquiries.
• Cleaned shelves, counters and tables to maintain organized store.
• Opening and closing clinic duties.
• Attended multiple MySkin clinics around Melbourne as a backup resource.

• Provided customer service in the wellness rooms.
• Reception duties including managing the booking system and taking customer inquiry calls.
• Regular cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene for the reception and saunas.
• Hosted and attended to clients and educated them on the use of the the facilities including infrared saunas and hyperbaric chambers.
