Krish Gounder

My name is Krish Gounder, my age is 18 Years old.

I am a highly qualified Student obtaining a Certificate III in all Live/Digital Production, WHS, and customer service. Through the different qualifications, Live/Digital Production had allowed me to confidently work and manage Vision devices. Customer Service has allowed me to learn different ways to communicate and problem-solve with different customers by using aspects such as active listening, negotiating, and mediating. WHS had allowed me to be familiar with and recognize different work health and safety aspects, such as partaking in risk assessments, following the regulations and code of conduct. The 360 Action Park was my first real job and assisted the facilitation of skills, allowing me to further develop new attributes, which can implemented in the real world. External Work hours through my education allowed me to work at an ice rink for 2 days in August 2022, where I was able to utilise my customer service skills. I am now currently studying in Macquarie University specifically a bachelor in Information Technology and Business, where I will be able to enhance my passion for technology and obtain more experiences in the real world that can implemented into my work life.
