As the Assistant Park Manager, I play a key leadership role in the daily operations and overall management of the park. I assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all park operations, including maintenance, programming, visitor services, and safety enforcement.
I help manage seasonal and permanent staff, including hiring support, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
I ensure the park grounds, facilities, trails, and equipment are properly maintained and regularly inspected for safety and usability.
