Managing a portfolio of just over 200 properties my daily tasks include:

• Conducting and planning Routine Inspections
• Conducting Outgoing and ingoing Inspections
• Tending to incoming maintenance and identifying the correct trade to attend and issuing work orders.
• Conducting rent reviews by comparing current and past properties for rent on the market.
• Maintained arrears by calling, texting and emailing tenants regarding their arrears.
• Completed daily banking, entered bills for landlords and invoiced tenants.

Whilst working at Ray White Picton, I had the opportunity to experience property management, sales, reception/admin tasks as well as over see a minor fraction of commercial management.

My general tasks included:

• Answering incoming calls, emails and assisting walk ins
• Attending open homes for both sale and rent
• Handling maintenance requests
• Processing rental applications
• Completing daily banking
• Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, trades, landlords and tenants
• Uploading properties online through VaultRE
