
With 17 years of diverse office administration experience, I've sharpened my skills in clerical work and data management. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, I easily adapt to new technologies. Recognises for excelling in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. Transitioning to the disability sector out of care for a family member has ignited my passion for supporting vulnerable communities. My office administration background positively impacts my role as a disability support worker, in situations where I assist clients with overwhelming tasks like housing applications, medical documents, and interactions with Centrelink. Easing their stress through my understanding of processes, and procedures and having the correct substantiation. I am grateful to be part of a meaningful movement that prioritises the well-being of those in need.
